I’m not seeing any activity on my account
If you’re not seeing any activity on your account, please check the following:
- Please ensure that you do not have any account holders accessing your Instagram account while travelling overseas
- Please make sure that you have updated your login details. As per our terms and conditions and as stated in the welcome email, it is your responsibility to update your login details should they change. - Please ensure that any other 3rd party Instagram services are disengaged. Many of these do not abide by the strict rules we follow, and result in account blocks and bans. This includes Instagram scheduling services and engagement groups.
If all of the above are satisfied, then most likely you’re just not visually seeing the work being done. Remember, because we perform multiple types of actions per day – if we follow one user and unfollow another, your actual ‘following’ number won’t change, and if we ‘view’ a users story, it won’t appear either 🙂
Also kindly note that if you have only just signed up, that it can take up to 24 hours for your account to be set up, and that we start all our accounts off slowly – building activity up over a few days in order to ‘warm’ them up!
