Trouble Signing Up with Ugro
Signing up with Ugro is a 3 step process.
Please note that if you have had a Ugro account with us in the past – you will be unable to make another account with that same email address – instead you may log in and add a new account here: Add new Account
To begin, navigate to the pricing page located at ugro.me/pricing
You will be presented with four different plans to choose from.
Select your desired plan, and click the begin button.
The Sprout and Seedling plans have a free trial, the Budding and Blossom plans – do not.
A box will appear prompting you for your email address and credit card.
If you do not receive a green tick from this form, then it means that the information you provided was not correct.
Please check your credit card and try a new one if needed.
On this page, we will set up your Ugro Account – These are the details you will use to log into our client portal.
Username: The username for your Ugro account (not your instagram username)
First Name: Enter your First Name
Last Name: Enter your Last Name
Email Address: This field is auto-completed on your behalf from the previous step.
If you don’t submit a valid email address, then you will be unable to create a Ugro account.
Password: The password you will use to log in to the client portal
Your password must be strong, and include Capitals and Punctuation.
Once you have completed this form, click ‘Next’
